On The Day Of Your Appointment
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time of your treatment. This will allow you to ease into the environment and prepare for your treatment without a rush.

Upon entering Nurture, we ask that you place cell phones or other electronic devices on mute. This ensures a calm environment for all guests.

Your comfort matters to us. During a treatment, you may wish to wear your own undergarments or we can provide you with hygienic disposable briefs. Treatments may also be enjoyed without clothing. Our professional therapists always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.

We would love to help your group celebrate a special occasion – whether a birthday, baby shower, or engagement party. Please let us know what your group would like, and we will gladly create a customized experience at Nurture.

Gift Certificates
Time at Nurture is a perfect gift for both friends and business colleagues. Please ask us about gift certificates for services, products or both.

Special Needs
If you have special needs that may affect your treatment, please let us known in advance of your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel an appointment, kindly contact Nurture at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

For weekend appointments only, Nurture Spa requires a credit card to reserve the appointment. Should you cancel in less than 24 hours or not show up for your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

Should you not be able to schedule your appointment at your requested time, please ask to be place on our waiting list.

Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff. Please note the gratuity is not included in the cost of your treatment.
